Frequently Asked Questions.
Here are some common questions about our services and sessions.

Am I able to order prints through your studio?

Absolutely.  We use a professional quality print house for all our printing needs.  We offer everything from gift prints (4″x6″, 5″x7″, 8″x10″) up through wall mount sizes like 16″x20″ and larger.  We also offer speciality items like canvas prints, metal prints, and various paper types.

Do you offer digital image packages?

Yes we do.  We offer digital image packages with a starting investment of $299.00.  These digital packages combine the session fee plus various numbers of hi-resolution images ready for printing.  You will be able to take these images and print as many of them as you wish anywhere you would like.  You will also receive a Print Release form in case you are asked for one.

Do you limit the number of clothing changes I can bring?

No we do not.  We want your pictures to represent who you are, and that means dressing the way you want.  We do recommend at least a couple of changes such as formal, casual, sports uniforms, or other looks that showcase the real you.  And don’t forget to bring props, instruments, sporting equipment, or other items you want to have included with your session.

Do you require a deposit to hold my session date?

Yes we do.  There is a $50 deposit required in order to hold your portrait session date and time. This fee guarantees your date and time.  This deposit will be refunded if you cancel your session at least 48 hours prior to your date and time.  Any cancellations inside the 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.  You can reschedule within the 48 hours and the deposit will be rolled forward.

For weddings, the deposit is $100 in order to hold your date.  Wedding sessions must be cancelled a minimum of 30 days before the date in order to qualify for a refund of the deposit.

How long is turnaround time?

Generally, your images are ready for previewing within two (2) weeks of your session.  You will be sent a link to an online gallery where you can view your images and decide on how you would like to proceed.

Do you charge more to go on location?

Not usually.  There are circumstances where there is fee to shoot at a specific location you request.  Those fees will be added to your final bill.  We services the Twin Cities area and do not charge for mileage.  For travel outside the TwinCities area, we will work a trip charge that is mutually agreed to prior to the session date.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases that are completed in the sate of Minnesota.  Purchases outside of the sate are not charged sales tax.
